Capital Networks (Holdings) Limited and City Link Limited Public Notice of Amalgamation The board of directors of Capital Networks (Holdings) Limited and City Link Limited give notice that on the 31st day of October 1999 Capital Networks (Holdings) Limited proposes to amalgamate with City Link Limited under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of Capital Networks (Holdings) Limited or City Link Limited (the ``amalgamating companies'') or by any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation.
