Lumber Support Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Feel Great Limited) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 18th day of November 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lumber Support Limited be liquidated and that Hugh Gregory Kasper, chartered accountant of Hudson Kasper, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
