Southern Cross Tea Co-Op Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 1st day of November 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Southern Cross Tea Co-Op Limited be liquidated and that David Gordon Beatson, chartered accountant of Motueka, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
