New Millennium Furniture Components Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 26th day of October 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that New Millennium Furniture Components Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Foster, chartered accountant of BDO Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of October 1999. Having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company, the liquidator considers that there is unlikely to be any payment to unsecured creditors and consequently does not intend to call a creditors meeting, unless any creditor gives notice in writing that a meeting is to be called. Such notice is to be delivered to the liquidator within 10 days of this notice.
