Waitangi Fishing Company Limited (in voluntary liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given in accordance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Waitangi Fishing Company Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed Brian Soutar, chartered accountant of Soutar & Associates, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
