Prosperity In Action Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 2nd day of September 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Prosperity In Action Limited be liquidated and that Athol R.
