TCTC Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') (formally known as The Creative Taste Company Limited) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 9th day of August 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TCTC Limited (in liquidation), be liquidated and that Beth Sarah Wright, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of August 1999.
