Farr Investments Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of August 1999, it was resolved by a special resolution of members in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Farr Investments Limited be liquidated and that David Colin Hall be appointed liquidator for this purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of August 1999. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, therefore pursuant to section 243 (8).
