Quay Developments Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 15th day of February 1999, it was resolved by the Court, pursuant to section 24 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, that Quay Developments Limited be liquidated and that the official assignee be appointed for the purpose.
