Yorztif L Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Fitzroy on Leinster) and Yorztif M Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Fitzroy of Merivale) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the Court, the above-named companies in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, are to be wound up and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of both companies. Our appointment of Yorztif L Limited commenced on the 19th day of July 1999. Our appointment of Yorztif M Limited commenced on the 25th day of May 1999. These appointments were made in replacement of the Official Assignee who was appointed liquidator of both companies on the 17th day of May 1999.
