Hillcrest Tavern 1994 Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 23rd day of July 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hillcrest Tavern 1994 Limited be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator. The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of July1999.
