Melrose Investments Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 18th day of January 1999, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Melrose Investments Limited be liquidated and that Heather Kay Trent of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
