Stanwell Holdings Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Armacup Maritime Services Limited) (``the company'') Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on the 1st day of June 1999, the date the liquidation commenced. Note: The company is solvent and the liquidation is being solely undertaken for the purpose of simplification of the affairs of the shareholder.
