Sonar Holdings Limited (in liquidation) (formerly known as Advantage Health (NZ) Limited) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 21st day of May 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Sonar Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Athol Roy Ryan, consultant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
