Sydenham Carpets Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Sydenham Carpets Limited passed a special resolution, winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company. The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of April1999.
