Regal Auto Services Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 30th day of April 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Regal Auto Services Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Peter William Young of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of April1999. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
