Glenbrook Steel Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 4th day of March 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Glenbrook Steel Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Kerryn Mark Downey and David Carlyle Hayde of Auckland, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
