Northern Traders Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 3rd day of February 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Northern Traders Limited be liquidated and that Colin F. Currie of Hamilton be appointed liquidator. The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of February 1999.
