Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Incorporated Societies Act 1908 It was resolved by a general meeting of members on the 29th day of October 1998, and confirmed by a special general meeting on the 30th day of November 1998, that pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the above incorporated society be liquidated and that Peter William Young, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The resolution was passed in accordance with clause 35 of the Rules of Canterbury Tourism Council Inc. The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of February 1999, being the day that I consented to act as liquidator.
