Notice of Intention to Promote a Private Bill Take notice that The Public Service Investment Society Limited, a society incorporated under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908, intends to promote a private bill under the Short Title of ``The Public Service Investment Society Limited Act 1998''. The object of the Bill is to remove certain impediments to The Public Service Investment Society Limited registering as a company under the Companies Act 1993.
