Cryovac New Zealand Limited (``the company'') Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given by Cryovac New Zealand Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company. The proposal involves the amalgamation under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, whereby the company and Trigon Packaging Systems (N.Z.) Limited will amalgamate and continue as Cryovac New Zealand Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Trigon Packaging Systems (N.Z.) Limited, or any person to whom the company or Trigon Packaging Systems (N.Z.) Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company situated at Prosser Street, Porirua or of Trigon Packaging Systems (N.Z.) Limited at Foreman Road, Te Rapa, Hamilton. A shareholder or creditor of the company or of Trigon Packaging Systems (N.Z.) Limited, or any person to whom the company or Trigon Packaging Systems (N.Z.) Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or to Trigon Packaging Systems (N.Z.) Limited.
