Public Notice of Amalgamation Take notice that it is proposed by the boards of Southland Dairy Co-operative Limited and Alpine Dairy Products Limited, that those two companies will amalgamate on the 22nd day of June 1998 and continue in the name of South Island Island Dairy Co-operative Limited. Copies of the document outlining the details of the amalgamation, the amalgamation proposal, are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of Alpine Dairy Products Limited or Southland Dairy Co-operative Limited or any person to whom either of those amalgamating companies is under an obligation, during normal business hours, at: Alpine Dairy Products Limited, corner of Rolleston and Canal Roads, Clandeboye. Southland Dairy Co-operative Limited, Main North Road, Edendale. Buddle Findlay, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch. A shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
