Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Naming Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council on the 13th day of August 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the land comprising the Riverhead War Memorial Park, held in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act and classified as a recreation reserve.'' Furthermore, and pursuant to the Reserves Act, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall hereinafter be known as the Riverhead War Memorial Park.
