Change of the Classification of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a public utility reserve to a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Milnthorpe Park Scenic Reserve.
