Declaring Land Held for Conservation Purposes to Become a Scenic Reserve Pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the conservation area, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be set apart as a scenic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the latter Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Milnthorpe Park Scenic Reserve.
