Vesting of a Reserve in The Wairoa District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Wairoa District Council in trust as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
