Amending a Gazette Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road in Block XIV, Puniu Survey District, Otorohanga District Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand: pursuant to section 54, hereby revokes: the Notice Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Otorohanga District for Road, dated the 19th day of March 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 March 1998, No. 45, page 1051; and the Notice Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Otorohanga District for Road, dated the 25th day of June 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 July 1998, No. 89, page 2036; and pursuant to section 55, hereby amends: the Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road in Block XIV, Puniu Survey District, Otorohanga District, dated the 17th day of June, 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 July 1987, No. 107, page 3176, by deleting the land described in the Schedule thereto and substituting: 37 Part Lot 1, D.P. 23196; marked ``C'' on S.O.
