Notice of Intention to Take Land at S.H. 6 Kaihinu for Limited Access Road and to Enter Land Temporarily for Construction Purposes Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Food, Fibre, Biosecurity and Border Control, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, intends to take the land described in the First Schedule for limited access road, to be used for the realignment of State Highway No. 6 at the Kaihinu Overbridge and to enter the land described in the Second Schedule temporarily for construction purposes. The taking and entering is considered reasonably necessary to avoid existing hazards by providing a more safe realignment of the road. Any person having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette send an objection to the Registrar, Environment Court, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing. All certificate of title 2A/558 (Westland Registry). 1453 Part Rural Section 1163; shown as ``A'' on S.O. 12588, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika. The land to be taken adjoins State Highway No. 6 and the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway Line at Kaihinu. Second Schedule Westland Land District Westland District That parcel of land being part Rural Section 1163, immediately adjoining the land described in the First Schedule on a line parallel to and 3 metres out from the full length of the boundary of Rural Section 3906 and area ``A'' S.O. 12588.
