Land Declared Road in Far North District State Highway 1F, Waihopo Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, R. A. Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 forms part of State Highway No. 1F and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
