Road Stopped and Vested Ohiwa Harbour, Opotiki District Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares: (i) The area marked A (now known as Section 1, S.O. 8869) shall be vested in the Crown as Crown land. (ii) The area marked B (now known as Section 2, S.O. 8869) shall vest in the Crown as Crown land and on vesting shall be subject to section 9a of the Foreshore and Seabed Endowment Revesting Act 1991.
