Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land for Granting as Compensation in Waikato District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. A. Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of August 1998, setting apart land for granting as compensation in Waikato District, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 August 1998, No. 125 at page 3051, by deleting the two lines of the Schedule thereto and substituting the following: 37 square metres, being part Allotment 19, Town of Raglan; marked ``A'' on S.O.
