Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Better Utilisation (Access Way) in Waikato District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 10 August 1998, acquiring land for better utilisation (access way) in Waikato District, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 August 1998, No. 125 at page 3050, by deleting the two lines of the Schedule thereto and substituting the following: 24 square metres, being part Lot 7, D.P.
