Amending a Notice Acquiring Easements for Irrigation Purposes (Maungatapere Irrigation Scheme) Over Land in the Whangarei District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 18 August 1998, acquiring easements for irrigation purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 August 1998, No. 125 at page 3043 by deleting the land firstly described in the First Schedule and substituting the following: Area m Being 927 Part Lot 1, D.P. 176443 (formerly part Lot 2, D.P. 11727); marked ``G'' on plan. and by further deleting reference to certificate of title 102B/207 in the Second Schedule and substituting reference to certificate of title 108C/487.
