Land at 520 Hills Road Set Apart for Road and Road Diversion Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading, dated the 9th day of January 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 15th day of January 1998, No. 1, at page 74, by firstly, deleting reference to ``D.P. 49582'' from the land fourthly described in the First Schedule thereto substituting it with ``D.P. 49592''; and secondly, deleting the word ``First'' from the Schedule secondly described substituting it with ``Second''.
