Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Education Purposes Joseph Street, Pukemiro School, Waikato District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. A. Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of April 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 May 1998, No. 62, page 1431, by adding the words ``Subject to the reservations in favour of The Pukemiro Collieries Limited of all coal and other minerals reserved by transfer No. 140156'' after the words ``All certificate of title 323/102'' appearing in the Schedule therein.
