Additional Land Acquired as Site for Public School, Colenso Avenue, Napier City Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired as a site for a public school together with easements in gross in respect of stormwater and sewerage rights, granted by Transfer 225383 (subject to section 351 (E) (a) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954) and land covenant in Transfer 646608.1 and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
