Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Christchurch City Council on the 11th day of March 1998. ``Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Christchurch City Council hereby resolves to declare the land described in the Schedule below, a recreational reserve within the meaning of section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977''.
