Land in Tauranga Declared to be a Reserve and to be Classified for Recreation Purposes MICHAEL HARDIE BOYS, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 24th day of August 1998 Present: His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 4 (1) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, His Excellency the Govenor-General, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the land vested in The Tauranga District Council and described in the Schedule, being part of the land referred to in Part C of the Schedule to the said Act as the ``Tauranga City Marginal Strips'', to be a reserve, classified for recreation purposes under the Reserves Act 1977, with effect from the 28th day after the date of publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District Tauranga District 3136 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 891, Section 2, Town of Tauranga, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title No. 13B/967, South Auckland Registry.
