Road Realignment in Franklin District State Highway No. 1, Pokeno Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand: (a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. (b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a limited access road (segregation strip) and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. (c) Pursuant to section 52 (1), and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and to remain vested in the Crown.
