Declaration That Conservation Area Become a Scientific Reserve Pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scientific reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act, to form part of the Makahika Scientific Reserve.
