Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Napier City Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (drainage) reserve and vests the reserve in The Napier City Council in trust for that purpose.
