Declaration That a Marginal Strip is Not Required Pursuant to section 24b of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the marginal strip requirements set out in section 24 of the Act, shall not apply in the case of the disposition of the land in the Schedule hereto.
