Restriction on Planting and Erection of Structures State Highway No. 6, Wingham Park Corner Realignment, Grey District Pursuant to section 236 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule to be subject to the following restriction: No person shall plant any vegetation or erect any structure on the land which is higher than 1.5 metres above the level of the adjoining Taylorville Road.
