Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of cultivation and as a place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Rapana Maunganoa. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 3.7711 (more or less) Part Whanaupo Block, being the part of the land comprised in Crown Grant 25/28, dated 27 November 1869 on deeds index 452, as contained in Plan M.L. 1269.
