Declaration That Land is a Walkway Cooks Cove Walkway Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Conservator, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, declares that land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a walkway and shall be known as the Cooks Cove Walkway.
