Declaration and Naming of a Walkway Pursuant to section 8 (6) of the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that a walkway easement in gross has been established over the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, that the walkway land shall hereafter be known as the Te Henga Walkway.
