Declaration That Land in Jellicoe Road, Te Puke, be Local Purpose (Community Use) Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the 5th day of February 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be a local purpose (community use) reserve, within the meaning of the said Act''. Schedule South Auckland Land District Western Bay of Plenty District 1772 square metres, more or less, being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 13811 and part Lot 1, D.P. 36300. All certificate of title 50D/620. Subject to a right of way over part Lot 1, D.P. 36300, created by transfer 460189. 1755 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 56, D.P. 342. All certificate of title 51B/405. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. Total area of reserve 3527 square metres.
