Declaration That Land Vested in The Napier City Council is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, Department of Conservation, notifies that on the 28th day of April 1998, the Napier City Council resolved that the area of land owned by the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (seafarers retreat) reserve.
