Amending a Gazette Notice Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated State Highway No. 3, Te KuitiWaitomo District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of February 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 5th day of March 1998, No. 34, page 841, under the heading ``Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated State Highway No. 3 Te Kuiti-Waitomo District'' by making the area of land mentioned in recital (b) which is to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1115/102 also subject to pipeline certificates S. 412470, H. 291485, H. 291486, H. 826173, land improvement agreement H. 523841 and caveat B. 457648.1.
