Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Kapiti Coast District Council on the 19th day of February 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Kapiti Coast District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, D.P. 15862 (all C.T. 597/105), shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act''.
